Nature sense therapy offers a unique chance to let the senses lead you into a deeper understanding of yourself. By integrating the sense into therapy, unresolved emotions, inner responses, and intrinsic resources can slowly emerge, as a legacy of brain development. Go, feel the presence of nature and find peace in what lies hidden beneath the surface.
