The Archipelago meets the World Foodby Visit Faaborg
Bittenhus, Faaborg 5600
The South Funen Archipelago abounds with goods that you can take into your kitchen.
Seaweed, prawns, crabs and a lot of exciting plants from the beaches - just to name a few of it. The street kitchens of the world are teeming with delicious little dishes and dishes that are ideal for campfire meals, but of course you can also cook them at home in your kitchen. At this workshop, we combine the two things: we put on waders and harvest some of the archipelago's gold, which we then merge with the street kitchens of all over the fire. The instructors are nature supervisors Tue Skovgård Larsen and Leif H. Sørensen from Trente **Mølle Naturskole, ** who both have many years of experience with Wild Food.
Tue has written a cookbook about food from the sea and Leif is a trained Vild Mad guide. And then they love to geek out in food.
