2 hours of mindful wellness with 3 rounds of saunagus, during which the Love Saunagus master pampers guests with fragrant essential oils and invites to silence accompanied by music for immersion.
Before each sauna session, we take a dip in the cold ice bath.
The Gusmaster guides the participants both in the cold ice bath and in the hot sauna.
Set aside 30 minutes for AfterGus, where we serve a goodiebag with fruit, nuts, coffee/tea

Please come 5-10 minutes before the start so that you are ready for the introduction
Dressing can be done in Restaurant Klinten's facilities
Bring...
- Swimwear
- 1 large towel to sit on in the sauna
- 2 towels to dry you in along the way and when we're done
- 1 pair of swimming sandals or neoprene socks
- 1 cap
- 1 bathrobe or similar.
We have a selection of bathrobes and hats if you are short.
We serve water, as well as final Goodiebags with fruit and snacks — coffee and tea.
Drink plenty of water from home — don't get hungry — and don't feel full.
