Yoga and winter restby Visit Faaborg
Snuggle into the winter shelter in the Presence & Movement Studio and get the warmth all the way to the core with yoga. Yoga creates a calm, deep and nourishing contact with your body. The starting point is the classical form of yoga, Hatha Yoga. There will be exercises that work with strength, dynamics and activation, as well as exercises that are more liberating, nourishing and introspective. Yoga and winter hi open and end with a short meditation. All levels are welcome!
