Lean into the circle and taste the winter
January is a very special time in nature. In the darkness of the earth, all the seeds lie, dreaming of spring and of shooting up through the soil. That's how we humans can feel too.
We sit in a beautiful circle with light in the center and examine together how darkness makes us dream. What seeds we would like to get to germinate when spring comes.
Subsequently, we eat sensuous food together, which head chef Simon Juel of Falsled Kro has expertly conjured up out of seasonal winter vegetables. In the dark, by candlelight, we taste winter. We serve a hot dish with a flavorful glass of wine, followed by coffee and sweet.
The circle is held by Gry Guldberg from Transforming and Matthias Olsen from Palleshavegaard.
The crispy vegetables are raised from the Funen soil of “Palleshavegaard, which is a local regenerating farm.
The creative works house us in their beautiful building.
